We were both so crazy busy + wanted to be ‘off’ when we watched it but thank YOU .. this couldn’t be a better way to start out honeymoon. The song, the edits, the cuts, the vision.. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! We are in love with the way you embraced our day + have allowed it to live forever with us. Thank you a million times over!!!!”

Rebecca and Paul's wedding day was a celebration that beautifully intertwined their love for art and each other, setting their special day apart with a unique venue choice in the heart of Dublin. Opting for a city centre wedding, they embraced the vibrancy of Dublin's urban landscape, culminating in an intimate winter wedding that was both elegant and deeply personal.

Their day began in the luxury of the Westbury Hotel, a perfect start for their city centre wedding. The relaxed morning vibe was punctuated by Paul's casual visit to Rebecca's prep room, a sweet deviation from traditional wedding norms. The highlight, a first look on the hotel's balcony, provided a stunning view of Dublin, setting a romantic tone against the city backdrop, even with a few cheers from passerbys on the streets below. Rebecca, known for her distinct style, chose a chic, ankle-length dress that perfectly complemented the winter wedding atmosphere and the day's modern aesthetic.

The ceremony took place at City Hall, an iconic venue that added a sense of grandeur to their intimate wedding. As a City Hall wedding videographer, capturing the exchange of their heartfelt vows in such a historic setting was truly special. The elegance of City Hall, combined with their personal touches, made for a memorable and moving ceremony.

Following the vows, we ventured to Fitzwilliam Square for portraits, making the most of the limited winter daylight. This private garden, a hidden gem in Dublin, offered a tranquil setting away from the bustling city streets, embodying the intimate nature of their celebration.

The reception at the Kerlin Art Gallery was where Rebecca and Paul's vision for an art gallery wedding in Dublin truly came to life. Transforming the gallery into an intimate dining space, the venue broke away from traditional wedding settings, offering their guests an unparalleled experience. The choice of a tasting menu, expertly prepared and styled by Claire Hanley, complemented the unique ambiance of the gallery, surrounded by contemporary art. This decision to host their reception in an art gallery underscored their desire for a wedding that reflected their personalities and passions.

As their art gallery wedding videographer, it was an honour to document the blend of contemporary art, personal style, and intimate moments that defined their reception. The winter evening lent itself to a series of nighttime portraits in Dublin's city centre, capturing the couple amidst the beautifully lit jewellery lane, a moment that felt as cinematic as it was intimate.

Rebecca and Paul's choice to celebrate their love in such distinctive venues — City Hall and the Kerlin Art Gallery — highlighted their creativity and the depth of their connection. As an intimate wedding videographer, and more specifically, their Dublin wedding videographer, capturing the essence of their winter wedding in the vibrant heart of Dublin was a profoundly rewarding experience. Their day was not just a testament to their love but a celebration of the beauty found in choosing a path less travelled.
